The Fruit of Presence: Our 2025 Gift to Illuman
In the Practice of Presence, we often focus on the internal shift—moving from the "unobserved mind" into the reality of the present moment. But as Jim Heaney emphasizes throughout his work, this internal transformation is not meant to be solitary. When we connect with the Spirit within us, we naturally awaken to our spiritual connectedness with others.
One of the most meaningful expressions of this "connectedness" in 2025 was our Awakening to Presence online course. We are humbled to announce that through your participation and your commitment to a vibrant inner life, we have donated $1,359.37 to our mission partners at Illuman.

This donation represents the net proceeds from 51 course registrations and the fulfillment of physical books throughout the year.

The Choosing Presence Project provides resources, including a primary text by Jim Heaney and the "Practicing Presence" mobile app, to help individuals cultivate a rhythm of meditation and centering.
