We have gone through years filled with negative political upheaval and now with the Coronavirus pandemic, there are too many of us in an almost constant state of anxiety and fear. And what intensifies the anxiety and fear is the feeling of being alone and isolated. This is why being mindful of the peace and power of the present moment is so essential to our inner well being. There is always peace at this moment, our problem is we are rarely at this moment to experience God’s peace.
